MJD Mechanical Services specialises in complete machine overhauls primarily to high hour and mid-life machines to be returned to zero hours for all systems.

All aspects of machines can be fully re-furbished and up-dated utilising our workshop facilities with Overhead Cranes at 7.5m under hook.
Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Compactors, Scrapers, Shovels, Diggers, Drills, Pumps, Compressors and Generator Sets.

Workscopes including Operator Station, Engine, Power Train, Cooling System, Electrical System, Hydraulic System, Undercarriage, Chassis & Frame, Ground Engaging Tools, Accessories and Implements.

Our primary focus on the current workshop site for complete machine overhaul, is based on the provision of all services required being available on the one site.

In conjunction with other company’s on the same site, the service is extended by: Engineering for machining and hydraulics including cylinder re-rod, re-barrel, re-seal and custom manufacture. Boilermaking for certified structural, pressure vessel and general welding and repairs. Blast and paint facility for all aspects from rust and panel repairs to high build industrial coatings for corrosive site specific applications.
